Our booking process is in two parts, payment and booking form.

Part 1 is the payment, Part 2 is the booking form which opens after you submit your payment. Both forms are needed to complete the process.

Should the trip you want be waitlisted, we will notify you by email. And your card will not be processed.
WAITLIST = Is a momentary or temporarily "sold out" trip

Prior to final payment, we will email you an invoice reminding you when is due. Final payments are usually due 90 days prior to the trip unless otherwise noted.
Final documents are sent approximately by email or mail 10-20 days prior departure. Note: Airlines Group Departments now use e-tickets. Paper receipts are not usually provided for group e-ticket bookings.
You’ll get your boarding pass at check in on day of departure by presenting your passport.
